Client Services Representative (Madison)
ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated candidate who will be working in a multifaceted position, Monday thru Friday with flexibility, as needed.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Provide support and effective communication between office staff, operations, production staff, and clients
Timely communication and response, via email, phone, or text to our clients requests
Conduct site visits and service inspections
Maintain an ethical and professional relationship with all clients and prospective clients
Explore new business opportunities with existing clients
Support business growth by responding to new client inquiries and assisting in qualifying potential new accounts.
Prepare various types of quotes for project and janitorial services
Follow up on all project work
Assist with new account startups
Emergency on-call, as scheduled
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people
Computer proficient (Word, Excel)
Experience preferred but not required
Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
Have a desire to learn and be detail oriented
Display a natural ability to prioritize tasks and properly manage your time
Must be reliable by displaying punctual attendance
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Valid license with clean driving record required
Compensation: Based on experience
