Customer Service Rep

This position is a great opportunity for a seasoned customer service professional that also loves working with their hands and is a team player. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, personable phone manner and proper email etiquette. This person must be able to work directly with our customers answering questions about our product line and will also be able to be flexible with their daily duties to work with other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, can multi-task, and handle deadlines. Our new employee must take the initiative to solve problems and be willing to learn all aspects of our business. A basic understanding of identification, event or tradeshow supplies is helpful but not required. Good oral and written communication, computer skills, and attention to detail are a must.

Customer Service or Sales experience needed

Great phone interaction skills

Excellent written and oral communication

Team Player

Enjoy working with customers and fellow employees

Graphic design experience a plus

We are located in Middleton near the airport. Salary is dependent on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package including health insurance, 401k, dental insurance, and Paid Time Off.
