We are looking for a Global Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding support to both internal and external customers via telephone, chat, email, and other methods. You will assist with questions, troubleshoot issues, process international and domestic orders, and handle post-shipment requests. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, at least two years of customer service experience, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP software are preferred. This role requires the ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
