Marine and Powersports Parts and Customer Service Associate

Quam’s Marine and Motor Sports has been a family owned and operated business since the 1930’s and we are looking for a full-time and/or part-time Marine and Powersport Parts and Customer Service Associate to join our team. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to represent our parts department. Duties include working directly with customers and colleagues to fulfill parts needs and manage inventory levels for the organization.

Responsibilities

Working directly with customers to fulfill their parts needs.

Communicate a variety of ways with customers including phone, email and in person.

Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Includes ordering, receiving, and working directly with suppliers.

Work with the sales and service departments to fulfill their parts needs.

Label and distribute parts within the organization.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

Knowledge of Power Sports or the Marine industry is a plus.

Willing to work some Saturdays.

Ability to learn computer software.

Able to lift up to 50 Lbs.
