We're in search of a caring, reliable, long-term, local nanny who can blend into our lives, grow with our family (hope to have one more child) and roll with the ever-changing firefighter calendar. My husband and I live on the East side of Madison with our 1-year-old son and our golden retriever. My husband is a firefighter and also in the military part-time, while I'm the local 9-to-5 champ, Monday through Friday.
We are looking for part-time care (anywhere from 1 to 3 days a week) at our home, on varying days each week (firefighter schedule), but full-time care while my husband is gone for the military (one month out of the year).
Hours would be 8am-3:30ish pm on the dates we need care. Schedule is known months in advance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (do not respond to this posting unless you meet all requirements):
- Must be local to the Madison, WI area
- Must have transportation
- Must be OK with caring for our new infant in the coming years
- Must be OK with pets (1 dog)
