will prosper in this role will be smart, dedicated, customer service
driven, and willing to think outside of the box! What you will be doing:
Shareholder accounting oWeekly review of financial transactions to
ensure accuracy oEnsure payroll entries are correctly entered into the
general ledger oManage and perform month-end close process oPrepare
monthly financial statements and other schedules as agreed upon
Reporting oGenerate and analyze monthly accounts receivable reporting
for sales and accounting departments oAnalyze revenues, commissions, and
expenses for various business segments oAssist with the annual financial
statement audit oAssist in documentation and monitoring of internal
controls Inventory management oEnsure inventory transaction details
have been recorded accurately oReconcile monthly outstanding balance to
balance sheet accounts Month-end close duties to include: oGenerating
and posting journal entries including reclasses and accruals. oReviewing
and calculating monthly contractual obligations oPreparing and
maintaining related monthly schedules oReconciling balance sheet
accounts to schedules oAnalyze expenses and revenues to ensure they are
recorded in compliance with GAAP What we are looking for: Proven
knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and
regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Customer Service
minded professional with a desire to build relationships both internally
and externally. BS in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent business
experience. At least 2 years related accounting experience, preferably
as a public accountant. Proven ability to meet daily and monthly
deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced working
