Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with handling accounting functions, managing software systems, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.Responsibilities Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain customer credit records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in daily tasks Handle ADP - Financial Services and Concur for financial transactions Conduct auditing to ensure financial accuracy Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain Balance Sheet Account Perform various accounting functions Manage Cl Programming for accounting operations Ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. Candidates should be skilled in CL Programming. Knowledge of Concur is necessary. Prior experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus. Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is expected. Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is essential. Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is beneficial. Auditing skills are desirable. Capability to handle Balance Sheet Account is needed.
