Senior Advanced Analytics Manager-Direct Hire Opportunity!
As the Senior Advanced Analytics Manager, you will be involved in managing, creating, and enhancing next generation data and analytics platform capabilities. Working directly with the business to provide best-in-class analytics solutions and data-driven insights. You will lead practitioners to develop advanced models, build effective data visualizations, and grow the organization’s data literacy.
You will have LEADERSHIP and understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, and data science to deliver impactful business insights.

What Will You Be Doing In This Senior Role?

  • Build and develop data driven behaviors across the enterprise, growing a self-service data culture that drives analytic insight to actions.
  • Provide Project Management and/or Agile leadership for enterprise data platform upgrades.
  • Participate in the strategic vision, alignment, and build out of roadmaps pertaining to enterprise data analytics, data literacy, data visualizations, and data governance.
  • Conduct research into data and analytics products and services in support of data analytics and purchasing efforts.
  • Provide support for the testing of new and existing data platforms applications under development or consideration for purchase.
  • Leads and grows the organization’s analytics center of excellence and works with business users to align analytics governance, guard rails to operationalize self-service analytics.
  • Utilizing programming languages like SQL, Python, & Java with an emphasis in tuning, optimization, and best practices for advanced analytics and data visualizations.
  • Leveraging DevOps techniques and practices like Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test Automation, Build Automation and Test-Driven Development.
  • Hands on experience leading and participating in delivery through Agile methodologies.
  • Developing analytics solutions and visualization solutions with technologies PowerBI, Snowflake, and Azure Services.
  • Developing data analytics frameworks, policies, and processes that comply with the organization's Architecture and Data Governance best practices.

What You Will Need To Be Successful?
  • Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years working in an IT department with a blend of business (functional), technical (IT), and project management/agile skills.
  • Demonstrated Technology Leadership.
  • Mastery of T-SQL and data modeling methodologies with demonstrated experience in PowerBI (or related), Azure Analytical Cloud Services, and Snowflake.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve business problems.
