Job Title: Auto Body TechnicianJob DescriptionCandidates will be working on repairing dents and scratches on construction fleet vehicles. You will work with a group of mechanics to repair damaged vehicles and equipment using hand and power tools. Responsibilities include examining and identifying repairable parts, disassembly/reassembly, mending damaged bodies by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts, ensuring all gaps and fits meet industry standards, removing damaged fenders, panels, and grills, bolting or welding replacement parts in position, and reassembling after parts are painted. You will operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns), repair or replace defective parts, perform general maintenance of tools and equipment, strictly follow safety requirements outlined by company policies, OSHA, HAZCOM, and insight from the safety director, complete daily logs, and maintain a clean and organized shop.Hard Skills

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are owner-operators of multi-family properties throughout the Midwest and are currently seeking an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position for an Apartment complex in Madison, WI. Ideal candidates should be hard-working, reliable, honest, and excited to join the team. Organizational and maintenance skills are required. Candidates must also be self-motivated and be able to take direction well. Compensation: -$25-29 Duties: -Maintain grounds free of trash, leaves, and broken branches. -Ensure completion of all service requests, work orders, and other tasks as assigned. - Inspect the community on an ongoing basis, recording and correcting deficiencies. - Help conduct ongoing preventative maintenance - Deliver notices to residents - Responsible for being on-call in the event of an emergency - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience - Reliable transportation to get to work - Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. - Excellent interpersonal skills and oral presentation skills -Valid Driver\'s License with a clean driving history Background checks will be performed on all qualified applicants.
