Description We are hiring for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Full Time Engagement team at Robert Half. You will be providing Technical BA consulting to our local clients in Madison, WI.Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively across various teams and systems to ensure project success Take lead on projects related to CRM, ERP, and technology milestones Implement inventory management projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Utilize your business analysis skills to drive the team towards the best solution Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary Process customer credit applications accurately, maintaining high standards of efficiency Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring accuracy at all times Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Utilize data analytics skills to monitor and analyze project progress and results Work with Enterprise Applications and technical teamsRequirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role or similar Proficiency in data integration and clean up Strong skills in Business Analysis and Data Analytics Experience in Project Management Knowledge of Enterprise Applications Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
