Job DescriptionOne of Insight Global's Real Estate clients is looking for call center representatives! This team works closely with the brokerages and rental business line. They will provide support for leasing applications and general customer support. They will handle incoming calls from prospective residents, current residents & real estate agents with questions or concerns. They will be conversion focused on driving registrants through the application process, follow a specific call flow process which defines specific prospective resident touch points according to client and company policy and procedures, troubleshoot and act as technical support at times using the Dashboard and escalate issues and/or concerns to QA when necessary.
