Clinical Data CoordinatorMUST LIVE IN MADISON, WINO RELOCATION OFFERED and must be able to go onsite for an interview. No virtual interviews will be conducted for this role. Duties Manage all data aspects of studies including review of draft protocols, attending Clinic Start Up Meetings, supporting the workbook (CRF) design process, and creating training plans for non-standard study data captureEnsure that the data entry and quality control (QC) of dose escalation data is completed within required timelinesPerform daily ongoing QC of all study data across Clinical Operations, including daily shop floor QCResolve all databas equeries, sponsor written data queries, CRA monitoring queries, and internal QA audit findings within the agreed timelinesUpdate and accurately reflect study workload in the weekly Data Entry ScheduleEnsure completed CRFs are signed by the Principal Investigator or Associate Investigator and that all CRFs and source data are archived upon study completionPerform other job-related duties and tasks as assignedQualificationsData handling and data entry1-2 years of data handling experience, which may include clinical or non-clinical backgrounds such as financial data handlingB.Sc. degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, or an equivalent related discipline is preferredExperience performing data entry duties (Do not need experience within clinical research)Experience working with Case Report Form (CRF) managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Position Overview The Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist provides leadership support to the technical lab staff. The Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist works directly with the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing, and laboratory processes. This role is also responsible for verifying result release and pending list management and investigation. The Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist is expected to spend approximately half of their time performing laboratory testing on the bench. Training: Monday - Friday until July (timing of training will align with selected shift) Shifts: Sunday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00am - 6:30pm Essential Duties (include but are not limited to): Perform highly complex analytic processes and decision making without direct supervision. Utilize routine and specialized automated and non-automated laboratory procedures and/or techniques after completing training and demonstrating competency according to established lab section operating procedures. Identify errors and problems impacting test results, assist in troubleshooting instrument malfunction(s), and may assist service and support in performing preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on laboratory equipment. Complete and document required maintenance activities on equipment, recognize and escalate potential issues to the team members responsible. Perform quality control procedures as specified and maintain quality control records and documentation necessary to meet the standards of accrediting agencies. Prioritize adherence to the acceptability, handling, and transport guidelines required for maintaining specimen integrity.
