Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including manpower allocation across trades.Track and forecast job costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.Coordinate with internal teams to generate submittals, shop drawings, BIM models, and field coordination drawings.Procure required equipment and materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.Attend and actively participate in jobsite and project meetings.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance, quality workmanship, and safety protocols.Estimate and manage changes in project scope.Select, negotiate, and manage subcontractors and equipment vendors.Address warranty items and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.Foster strong, professional relationships with architects, engineers, GCs, building owners, field teams, and suppliers.Manage multiple projects ranging in value from $25,000 to over $10 million.
