Following a recent merger with a competitor, our client is undergoing a strategic transition from .Net to Java. We're seeking a talented Full Stack Java Software Engineer to assist with this initiative and guide the team through the change. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, influencing the future of our development stack and cross-training .Net developers in Java.Key Responsibilities
Aid in the transition from .Net to Java, providing technical expertise throughout the process.
Work with teams to cross-train .Net developers in Java, ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer.
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring MVC, React, Typescript, Core API, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as they adapt to Java.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring MVC, React, Typescript, Core API, and JavaScript.
Experience with both .Net and Java is a plus, but deep proficiency in Java is essential.
Proven experience in training or mentoring developers.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
