Operations is a highly motivated experienced professional with at least
5 years of successful implementation, client operations, and vendor
management experience. The Manager of Client Operations will be
responsible for leading the EpiphanyRx efforts for client
implementations, vendor management, and day to day client operations.
The position is responsible for leading and guiding a team of
individuals and will be the main point of contact into the Navitus
implementation and client operations departments. The Manager of Client
Operations must have strong relationship skills to be able to work with
not only the client team members, but also with the subject matter
experts within EpiphanyRx and Navitus. Excellent communication skills
are necessary to ensure that all team members are kept well informed of
the requirements, any changes, progress status and any potential issues.
The Manager of Client Operations will additionally be responsible for
building and driving repeatable, efficient processes, and capable of
leading large cross-functional client projects as needed and driving

impact on my team? Lead and guide all efforts for EpiphanyRx client
operations. Act as an intermediary between Navitus operational
departments and Epiphany client service teams to ensure alignment where
possible, and variations where necessary to serve Epiphany clients.
Ownership of escalated client issues, member issues, project issues,
etc. as identified or requested by the client. Drive issues to quick
resolution and create efficient processes going forward. Lead other
client related projects through effective project management that
require client operations, and program management services. Readiness
Assessment with internal and external parties, as well as sales
initiatives as needed. Preparing and facilitating client Kick-off
Meetings for the purposes of requirements gathering and discovery, some
