We're seeking a person with leadership qualities and capabilities to act as a Manufacturing Supervisor. Why this role? You will lead a team working on first generation technology in our Madison plant with an opportunity to use your "let's figure this out" mindset. Compensation:

$3,000 sign on bonus (less taxes)

Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm with one day per week meeting with 3rd shift team lead. Your day will include:

Assign daily work to production staff and oversee related processes in order setup, assembly, production machinery operation, and shipping to maximize effectiveness of personnel available.

Interview, hire, and train your production team

Act as a champion of safety standards with your team by enforcing and ensuring all safety standards are met

Responsible for coordinating/communicating the production hand offs with other shifts to ensure the continuation and completion of production schedule.

Collaborate with team mates to assure an effective daily line-management process to maximize short term and medium-term actions needed to minimize downtime and maximize overall cost effectiveness.

Partner with master scheduler, buyers, HR, and safety partners throughout the day on company initiatives

Responsible for implementing a production plan to assure attainment volumes needed to meet customer demand.

Maintain financial targets on the production lines and identify areas for continuous improvement
