This role will also provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners responsible for partnering with the business, delivering thoughtful coaching and problem solving, and providing value add HR solutions.Responsibilities

Partner with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) business owners, or a very large and key business function(s) at the vice president level, and cross-functionally with HR Leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement

Provide work direction and coaching to the team; leverage experience and organizational agility to effectively develop people, provide guidance on complex business/employee issues, and support delivery of HR solutions

Lead the talent management process and cross-functional HR projects; act as a change agent to identify issues, promote innovation and support continuous improvement, and work collaboratively across HR and/or business functions

Build collaborative relationships at all levels of the business resulting in the opportunity to provide critical feedback, influence business decisions, and ensure effective implementation and communication of policies and practices that drive consistency across the business

Manage escalated issues of the most complex and critical nature; develop recommendations/solutions and determine appropriate course of action and escalation as needed

Lead change within the HR function and/or organization as determined by changes in the business and/or HR strategy

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS Diploma or equivalent GED required

6 years of Human Resources experience with 4 years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience

1 year of leadership/people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Excellent communication, collaboration, consultation, and influencing skills, and ability to effectively present information

Strong business acumen and proven ability to build/maintain strong relationships across all of HR and the organization

Demonstrated mediation and conflict resolution experience

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and effectively handle sensitive issues and facilitate critical interactions

Strong knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor and compliance requirements and HR programs, policies and procedures

Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, recruitment, employment law, performance management systems, organizational effectiveness and change leadership

Preferred Qualifications

SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) Certification

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Potential pay for this position ranges from $92,900.00 - $148,300.00 based on experience and skills.
