For more information, please visit www.reedtech.com About the Role As an Operational Improvement Manager, your purpose is to drive efficiency and productivity by identifying and implementing process enhancements. This position is a member of a team accountable for ongoing practices, process definitions, improvements, and internal escalations. The role will also take ownership of managing continuous improvements as well as taking leadership of implementing one-off improvement initiatives. The role requires a degree of flexibility and collaborative working within Technology, as well as working closely with their colleagues including both the product and Customer Success organizations.Responsibilities

Taking ownership for leading the deployment of existing and new service architectures across the Product portfolio

Leading the implementation of individual, ad-hoc initiatives and projects to deliver continuous Process Improvement activities

Partnering with Infrastructure Architecture teams and external vendors to resolve global incidents and change issues

Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with Commercial and Technology colleagues, stakeholders, and teams

Facilitating effective Change Management across all process improvement activities

Mentoring your team through feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement, the sharing of ideas, and innovation delivery

Define and oversee live products monitoring and internal escalations. Create live products monitoring and escalation procedures for all LNIP products. Define, drive implementation and compliance, monitor trends, take actions as needed. Define and implement escalation process.

Define and implement system performance monitoring.

Responsible for tools and process management including serve as admin for Azure DevOps, Confluence restructure and administration, broader integration of Sonar into existing DevOps practices as well as Aha administration.

Conditions of Employment:

You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this position.

You must successfully pass a background investigation and achieve Public Trust security clearance.

Requirements

Have excellent problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and implementing successful resolutions

Have a Proven knowledge of change management principles.

Ability to identify Root Cause Analysis facilitation and management

Ability and experience with Understanding metrics. Ability to create metrics dashboard

Have experience in building, managing, and mentoring teams to deliver successful Business objectives and projects

Have experience of developing and implementing successful Change and Improvement initiatives

Advanced process improvement skills.

Have organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various sizeand complexity.

Have excellent knowledge of Service Architecture and Change Management principles
