This individual will beresponsible for the planning and field implementation of work in secondary side of the steam generator (SG). This work can include inspection of steam generator tubing, visual inspections, retrieval of foreign objects, mechanical clean, and chemical cleaning of the secondary side of the SG.Your Day to Day:

Ensuring all project work is completed on time and on budget.

This includes working with the customer to integrate the work into the site outage schedule

This includes working the Product Line to implement the project as close to the as-sold budget and schedule as possible.

Completing all documentation required by the Global Project Excellence Program (GPEX).

Leading and/or participating in all required meetings including Challenge Reviews

Analyze and resolve complex / unique field service problems that are not well defined.

Develop action plan or solutions to complex plant or site problems.

Lead major field services projects. Effectively organize, direct and coordinate technical service efforts of section or group, either on field assignments or at base site.

Provide performance feedback to team members and management.

Prepare detailed reports to field services and design engineering management regarding defects in equipment and systems, installation and operational problems. Information will be compiled from first-hand reports or analysis and investigation of field reports submitted by less experienced service engineers.

Perform project planning, including preparation of detailed procedures and scheduling of personnel and equipment.

Provide appropriate internal/external personnel with periodic updates and recommendations regarding nature and status of work.

Instruct, train, and guide personnel on significant technical projects, tasks and activities.

Identify and support business growth opportunities and present recommendations to management.

Provide specific engineering discipline expert knowledge to peers, vendors and customers. May be required to act as lead technical problem solver within area of specialization.

Develop and deliver presentations to communicate status, problem resolution or promote related business products.Who You Are:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent. Background in chemistry/chemical engineering a plus.

Five years of professional experience in combination of any of the following areas: project management, process engineering, process operations.

Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Control systems engineering operations and product line implementation.

PMP certification a plus

Ability to travel approximately 30%, including internationally.

Must be able to acquire and maintain unescorted access privilege to licensed nuclear power plants.

This National Guard position is for a PRIMARY PREVENTION SPECIALIST (PREV WF)- Title 5 OBO, Position Description Number T0029P01 and is part of the WI JFHQ, Wisconsin National Guard. Responsibilities Serves as the point of contact for harm and abuse prevention programs and activities; provides program coordination and serves as the subject matter expert for the Wing/Region IPP program. Serves as the Primary Prevention Integrator (PPI) managing all aspects of a complex integrated primary prevention program (P3) for the Wing/Region. Delivers initial prevention activities, averting harm or abuse before it occurs. Identifies risk and protective factors that lead to or protect against unhealthy or unsafe behaviors. Promotes actions to mitigate environmental factors. Supports inter- and intra-personal violence prevention efforts and programming through the Wing/regional leadership advisory committees, boards and working groups. Serves as the Wing/Region liaison for local military and civilian agencies to promote timely information exchange, coordinate collaborative prevention efforts, and establish resource links and community partnerships. Responsible for developing and overseeing healthy climate, resiliency, risk reduction activities, trainings, and communication campaigns within the Wing/Region. Advises Wing/Region commanders in communicating prevention plans and programs to subordinate units. Recruits, trains, and facilitates military volunteers for prevention activity implementation.
