Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale Child Support systems projects within a government environment. The role involves managing multiple projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies while providing PMO support, risk management, communication planning, resource tracking, and coordination between business and technical teams.Required Skills:
15+ years of project management experience with detailed work plans and PM tools
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and design documentation
Expertise in Unit Testing, System Testing, and UAT support
Team management experience including task assignment and tracking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Technical background supporting CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL/Mainframe and .NET applications
Experience with SQL, SPUFI, QMF, File Manager, Debugger, or equivalent tools
Knowledge of software change management tools such as Changeman, Control-M, or JIRA Service Management
