Description We need an experienced Program Manager. You could work onsite with Robert Half local client in the Madison, Wisconsin area by joining an existing team as their Senior Program Manager. You will succeed in this role if you can be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. This position manages key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. This job's primary priority is to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience
Strong problem-solving skills
This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills
