The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. Qualifications

Graduate of a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN). Will consider other nursing degrees on an individual basis.

One year nursing experience (preferably within Mobile Unit)

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin

CPR certification or be eligible to complete within three months of hire

Preferred

BSN

EPIC Super User or demonstrated EPIC proficiency

Critical Care experience

Demonstrated ability to mentor and teach

Effective communication skills

Ultrasound PIV insertion training or at minimum, basic PIV insertion skills

National certification, if available, in specialty area

Must be available for Nursing Orientation during the day shift the first 2 weeks of employment.
