Description We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves building strong relationships with potential and current customers, guiding them through our product offerings, and contributing to increased sales. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with potential and current customers Follow up on sales inquiries via phone and email to ensure exceptional customer support Guide customers in understanding how to best utilize our products based on their needs Manage customer relations through our CRM platform Aid in the growth of our team by participating in various projects across the organization Contribute to development of strategies for improved customer journey Participate in various events where we meet customers to enhance visibility and sales Effectively communicate, both written and spoken, with customers to enhance their experience Utilize computer tools such as ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and CRM for sales support Utilize knowledge in agricultural economics to better understand and serve our customers in this industry Play a key role in auditing, billing functions, and answering inbound calls to ensure smooth operations.
