Description Title: Senior IT ManagerLocation: Madison, WI (Hybrid/Onsite)Salary: $120,000-150,000 DOEHire Type: Direct/Permanent HireTo be considered for the role you must be currently located within a reasonable commute distance from Madison, WI or be willing to relocate.Description:Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced IT Manager for our client in Madison, WI. This is a Direct Hire position that will primarily require onsite work. The IT Manager will be responsible for leading the selection, operation, and integration of digital technologies and processes within a manufacturing environment, and leading a team of technical professionals.Primary Responsibilities: Lead the choice, operation, and integration of digital technologies and their processes. Co-develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity, optimizing operations' quality Collaborate with various teams to pinpoint and implement digital solutions that will cater to business needs. Oversees the development and deployment of digital systems and tools. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Stays ahead of industry trends and best practices in the digital sector.Requirements QualificationsEducation: A bachelor's degree or higher is required.Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (highly preferred). Comprehensive understanding of digital technologies such as ERP, MES, data reporting, and others. Proven history of success in implementing digital initiatives. Exceptional project management and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and effective collaboration skills. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving the adoption of digital initiatives. The ability to craft and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. The ability to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the success of digital initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop and implement digital solutions.
