Senior Manager, Procurement Technology & Data

As the strategic owner of Procurement technology and data solutions, you will support our Enterprise Procurement team. You will manage a team of solution owners, align tech strategy with business needs, manage the technology roadmap, inspire creativity and automation, and deliver exceptional end-user experiences.You will lead the data team in designing, developing, and managing data solutions, creating advanced data visualization and reporting products, and providing insights that drive strategic action. Additionally, you will explore new technologies, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Create a Collaborative Environment: Foster a performance-driven culture by promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Set goals, provide feedback, conduct assessments, and support team development.

Lead with Influence and Expertise: Contribute to the leadership team, communicating and supporting the organization's mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.

Engage Vendors Collaboratively: Ensure timely responses and cooperation from vendors using relationship management principles.

Integrate Procurement Technology: Build relationships and coordinate with technology solution owners to ensure seamless integration of Procurement technology.

Steward Procurement Data: Ensure real-time data availability, identify data hygiene issues, and coordinate remediation efforts.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with industry-leading solutions to optimize and evolve technology and data solutions.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions, support, or service.

Proven ability to drive business results.

Expertise in creating meaningful data analysis and metrics.

In-depth knowledge of vendor contracts and commercial/legal terms and conditions.

Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, and Looker Studio.

Proven experience managing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

Extensive expertise in business analytics, including creating visual reports, assessing their business impact, and deriving insights from complex data sets.
