Description We are recruiting for a Systems Administrator for our Managed Services client in Madison, Wisconsin. The Systems Administrator will act as a key point of contact for external clients, providing Level 3 Desktop support, Microsoft Server Administration, and dealing with technical escalations. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary contact for clients, handling escalated support issues and ensuring their resolution. Manage and troubleshoot the Windows Operating Systems including O365, Azure, and on-prem servers. Resolve networking issues, particularly those related to Citrix and network interactions. Oversee the creation and setup of virtual machines in data centers through VMWare. Implement cloud technologies, firewall technologies, and Active Directory to support client needs. Utilize MS Office 365 and Microsoft Azure in daily work and client support. Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action based on account status. Maintain accurate customer records and process customer applications with precision. Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills, acting as the last point of contact to resolve issues in the current role. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in the IT Services industry Proficient in Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and Firewall Technologies Experience with Active Directory is necessary Proficiency in MS Office 365 and O 365 is required Experience with Citrix and VMware is necessary Knowledge of VMware Infrastructure is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is required Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other professionals A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
