Bar Corallini is a new Italian restaurant opening at 2004 Atwood Avenue. We are looking for line cooks ($14-15/hour) and dishwashers ($13/hour). The restaurant will be open 6 nights a week (Tuesday-Sunday), with lunch hours as well on Saturdays and Sundays. Part and full-time positions available. We are ready to start training you right away.
At Bar Corallini, hand-crafted pastas, pizza, classic Italian cocktails, and warm hospitality come together to create a dining experience that is familiar, warm, and convivial.
LINE COOKS:
Line cooks set up their station for service, maintain product presentation, quality and cook time standards and prepare all menu items according to recipes and presentation specifications. Other responsibilities might include daily food prep, cleaning and sanitizing work area, and other duties as assigned. Line cooks must practice exceptional safety, sanitation, and food handling skills in all aspects of the job.
DISHWASHERS:
Our dishwashers are organized and enjoy working with the entire front-of-house and back-of-house team. General duties include washing and sanitizing dishes and cookware, and overall adherence to kitchen policies to ensure compliance with requirements for food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness.
