Icki Sticki is looking for an energetic, friendly Barista & Baker— Hiring at all locations
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required, willing to train the right person
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
