Work with Chocolate and Espresso! We run a full service cafe serving espresso drinks, Gluten Free Bakery, and house confections.
We are looking for a experienced front of house baristas. We are willing to train individuals who show a commitment to fine flavor chocolate and specialty coffee and gluten free pastries. 12-35 hours available. Must have flexibility in schedule, one weekend shift a must. Monday-Shifts available. Bring your love and passion of coffee and chocolate to our women owned business.
Expectations:
Follow all Madison Chocolate Co standards and ensure that you are serving clients with the highest quality of products and that you are delivering the best customer experience.
Constantly communicate with other co-workers if needed regarding any issues or questions.
Comply with Department of Health standards when performing cleaning tasks and while preparing food and beverages.
Positive attitude a must.
Able to carefully and efficiently handle money transactions. Relay menu knowledge, allergen information, and company information to customers via phone and in person.
Troubleshoot with any and all product and equipment issues that occur on-site.
Manage time efficiently on shift by following checklists and prompts from previous shifts.
Work closely with the FOH team-members, be open to constructive feedback and always thinking about improvements.
Ensure storefront, FOH and BOH are clean and appealing to guests
Constantly organize, and maintain customer areas and front of house area

We are open 7 AM - 6 PM - Monday - Friday
Saturdays and Sundays 8 AM - 5 PM
$10/minimum commensurate with experience plus cash tips, credit card tips. Tips averaging $9-$13/hourly
