BOH help needed at Ancora on University Ave!
Our brunch-focused menu features comfort foods with a twist made using locally sourced ingredients.
Duties include:
- Assisting Head Chef with daily prep
- Working the line and assembling orders
- Developing deep knowledge of our products
- Keeping the kitchen clean and operating to code
We are looking for someone who is driven, reliable, and enjoys working in fast-paced environments.
