We are seeking a skilled and experienced cashier, host, hostess, Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating high-quality sushi dishes for our guests. If you have a passion for sushi and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the sushi preparation area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of sushi ingredients
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns
Experience
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant POS systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen team and communicate with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure timely food preparation.

sever per hour:$25-35 up
host per hour :$13-16
