Sardine is a busy lakeside bistro, overlooking Lake Monona in Madison, WI, under the direction of owners/chefs John Gadau and Phillip Hurley (co-founders of Sardine, Gates & Brovi, and Marigold Kitchen).
Sardine is now hiring for a seasoned bartender to work as an extra set of hands on busy weeknights for 3-4 hours a night. Ideal candidate would have at least 2 years bartending experience, and service experience as well. We are looking for a team player with generous hospitality spirit, and who is looking to work in a successful and professional environment.
Looking for 1-2 shifts a week, with the potential for more hours if desired.
