Dexter’s is looking for a Front of House Manager.
For the first time in 18 years, Dexter’s is looking for the right person to fill this role.
This position is meant to be roughly 40 hours per week, but the job will entail more hours at certain times.
The primary responsibility is to work with the owner and Back of House manager to continue to meet our customers’ expectations of great service and great products by a staff instilled to do just that.
Other responsibilities include inventory, costing, cocktail creations, scheduling, and ordering of all liquor, beer, and wine except for draft (which the owner continues to do).
We use Toast for POS and Restaurant365 for inventory, costing, and scheduling.
This is an extremely important position at Dexter’s and compensation will reflect that after a trial period to determine if this is the right fit for all!
