SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:
1. Greet customers promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders via a handheld and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
3. Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, following proper serving etiquette.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section.
6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
8. Upsell menu items and specials to maximize revenue.
9. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
10. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
11. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
