About our Menu
We are known for working directly with farmers and sourcing from local, sustainable sources whenever possible. We work with exciting seasonal ingredients and showcase the offerings from small Southern WI farms.
Certain dishes have been on our menu since we opened (Bouillabaisse, Schnitzel, Pork Belly and Tuna, Beet Salad, Ham Sandwich, Heritage Burger and Deviled Eggs) but, we spice things up each month with seasonal specials and new dishes the Chefs and team have created.
Recent seasonal specials include, Melon Salad with Coppa Picante and Sugar Cube Melon and Fresh Lobster Gratin with an Episote Lobster sauté, Tomahawk Steak dinner for 2.
About Us
We are an independent restaurant that is family owned and operated. Fine dining and farm to table are our foundation and we have been successfully operating since 2013.
We work with local ingredients from farmers in Dane county and high quality meats from our own meat processing facility and hogs. Fox Heritage Farms is our sister company as well as Heritage Catering. We operate three facilities and have opportunities for cross training.

About the Position
Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency while working as a team
You will be responsible for setting up your station and maintaining a sanitary work space
Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
Practice basic food safety at all times and shows a working knowledge of proper storage and handling of ingredients
Must have familiarity with commercial cooking equipment - ovens, fryers, etc.
