Mickey’s Tavern is looking to add enthusiastic and driven individuals to our BOH team. We have weekend morning (brunch) and evening shifts available. The primary responsibility of the line cook is to prepare orders in a timely fashion, while maintaining cleanliness and organization within their workstation. Other duties include but are not limited to:
Setting up the line for brunch, lunch or dinner service
Breaking down the line at the end of service
Washing dishes throughout the shift
Light prep as assigned
Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking the workstation as needed
Communicating effectively with FOH and BOH staff
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
Other general cleaning duties as assigned
Work successfully in a team environment
