DAYS: One Sunday a month 8a-8p
PM: Two Mondays a month 4p-8p
NOCS: Every Saturday 8p-8a
NOCS: Every other Wednesday 8p-8a
Requirements: Current valid WI State Nursing License. CPR certification and Adult Ventilator Certification
We will help get you set up as a Medicaid Provider. Once set up, you may work with any Private Duty patient in the state of Wisconsin.
Patient: 65 year old female with dystonia. Has a tracheostomy, ventilator, urostomy and J-tube and G-tube. Non-verbal but uses communication devices. Patient is pleasant and alert. Uses electric wheelchair, Hoyer lift, feeding pump, suction machine and cough assist machine. Needs total care (is able to do small tasks when set up).
