We are looking for a customer service rep with a friendly face and a happy demeanor to greet our customers. You will be the first and last person that our customers interact with and your ability to connect with them is very important. Public relations are very important to our shop.
This a full-time position and the hours are Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5pm with a 60-minute lunch. After 90 days, you are eligible for our Quartz health insurance, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, as well as our Simple IRA match and paid vacation, PTO and sick.
Answer phone calls and monitor emails
Schedule service and repair appointments
Check-in customers and take notes for Service Advisor
Check-out customers and cashier them by collecting payment
Make follow-up phone calls to customers
In addition to having a caring and kind personallty, the ideal candidate will be proficient in customer service and strong in scheduling. And the ability to use a VOIP telephone system, browse internet sites and operate basic computer programs is a must.
