West Madison area property management company with numerous buildings and locations is seeking a reliable building maintenance technician and a grounds maintenance worker. Positions available range from mid level to supervisory. Future options of advancement available. The primary job responsibilities for the maintenance position will be the day to day routine repairs. An ideal candidate will have a wide variety of skills including minor plumbing, electrical, door hardware, HVAC, painting and some fire system maintenance. Experience with apartment turnovers necessary. Grounds position will involve the routine maintenance of the grounds, some landscaping, clean up, snow removal and basic exterior building maintenance. Must be hardworking, a good communicator, and honest. A drivers license, car, or truck is necessary. Required to live within a 20 minute radius. Hours are generally 9:00 - 5:00 Monday-Friday. Some weekend work will be required during apartment turnovers. Hourly wage based on experience. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
