On-Site Staffing Services is seeking a Drywall Repair to join our team in the Lake Mills, WI area.
Pay Rate: $18+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift (Typically 8 hours, Monday through Friday; occasional Saturdays as needed)
Job Description
Perform drywall repairs in a timely, clean, and professional manner, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform drywall repair, touch-up, and finish work using proper methods and equipment
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and document any deficiencies
Maintain tools, equipment, and the assigned vehicle in clean and working condition
Apply, remove, and properly dispose of masking materials as needed
Clean up dust and debris in all affected areas after repairs
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Return unused materials to the shop
Accurately document billable time and materials for each job
Maintain overall quality and thoroughness of assigned repair work
Perform other related duties as assigned
Experience / Skills / Training
Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
English proficiency is a plus; Spanish speakers welcome (translator available)
Knowledge of materials, tools, and methods used in drywall repair
Courteous and professional demeanor
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Strong time management and self-motivation
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to meet physical demands and work in various weather conditions typical of construction sites
Drywall repair experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Other duties as assigned
