Multiple openings for experienced or entry level labor (will train).
Candidate must be able to lift minimum of 75 lbs.
Able to work at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
Job duties include: assisting the carpenters, prepping home for stain / painting. Using power tools and pressure washing equipment, painting, staining and site clean up.
This is full time work year round. Position does include some over night travel.
All specialty tools and safety equipment are supplied.
Must have vehicle and valid drivers license. Must be over 18.
Wage is dependent on experience.
Paid holidays after probation period (90 days). One week paid vacation after one year of employment.
