General Construction Laborer

Bauer Builders, Inc. is looking for a General Construction Laborer who will work on-site at various jobsites in Madison (or surrounding area), assist with numerous construction-related duties, deliveries and clean-up of job sites.
Responsibilities
General clean-up duties
Unloading trucks with products for jobsite
Work with little supervision
Willingness to do steady physical labor
Attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to field superintendents’ and project managers’ needs is imperative
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to do heavy lifting throughout the course of the day
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow orders, especially under pressure
A positive outlook and a willingness to learn
