We are Seeking 30 Resilient Independant Drivers for Package Delivery opportunities in Madison and surrounding areas.
Our Mission:
To provide exceptional delivery service to OnTrac customers and shippers through a network of dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Last-Mile Driver Contractors.
What you do:
1) Pick up packages at the Madison terminal starting 8:00 AM
2) Deliver small packages under 55lbs to customers and receivers
3) Confirm Delivery in real time on your phone
4) Deliveries are 98% residential e-commerce deliveries
Realistic Expectations:
Variable Work: Daily Volume Growth.
Morning Shifts: Start at 8:00 AM, work until deliveries are complete. Route times can range from 5-9 hours
Flat Structure: $2.00 per stop. Delivery stops range from 50-120 stops
Vehicle Requirements: Carry as much as you can deliver. Recommended: Cargo Van, Small Van, Large SUV, regular family van, Large hatchback car. No commercial vehicles and No pickups trucks.
Insurance: No insurance requirements
Independent Contractor Status: Responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
App-Based System: Use OnTrac OnRoute app for loading, routing, and delivery confirmation.
Contractor Expense may include administrative fees and Territory Tolls
Invoiced weekly for payment weekly payment
Driver Bonuses
To qualify for the $500 dollar signing Bonus you must drive 4 days a week for your 1st 30 days
6th and 7thday bonus. Receive an extra $50 per day if you drive a 6th and 7th day in a calendar week.
Make $100-$250 daily using your own van
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Pass background check and Motor Vehicle Report
Smartphone for app usage
Ability to lift small packages less then 55 lbs.
Reliable transportation meeting our vehicle capacity recommendations: Cargo Van, Large SUV, Sprinter, Ford Transit
