Merchandise Assembly and Placement:
- Merchandise requiring assembly must be unpacked, fully assembled, and placed according to the customer's Instructions.
- Helpers are responsible for using their tools to assemble merchandise, ensuring it is ready for use upon delivery.
Tracking and Proof of Delivery:
- Delivery Helpers must use of a designated application to track each delivery stop.
- Helpers must obtain and record the customer’s signature for each delivery. Payments will not be processed without the signed Proof of Delivery (POD).
