Family owned company Property Services Maintenance, Inc is looking for the right individual(s) to perform office cleaning duties in the West Madison area. Part time hours available for hard working, reliable person who enjoys working independently.
Hours available are Tuesday, Thursday and one weekend day. Weekdays after 5:30PM for approximately 2 hours, weekend can be Saturday or Sunday for 2-4 hours.
Duties include but not limited to; emptying trash cans, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, kitchen and restroom cleaning, interior window cleaning and dusting. Applicants must be detail oriented, and able to lift up to 40#.
Student, stay at home moms, retired person or anyone looking for supplemental income are encouraged to apply.
Experience is preferred but not necessary. Employment is subject to background check and the ability to be bonded. Must be 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation required.
