We are looking for a motivated individual to work painter/apartment maintenance. Experience is NOT necessary, will train the right person. Must be reliable, have dependable transportation and be able to lift heavy (over 75 pounds) often.
We have rental units throughout Sauk County that need general repairs, maintenance and updates. Day to day tasks include a wide variety depending on the projects that need to be accomplished.
Following is a brief description of the job duties, but not exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required or assigned.
o Roofing (repairs and replacement)
o Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
o Painting (inside & out)
o Snow and lawn maintenance
o Dry walling and mudding
o Removal of garbage and belonging left behind by tenants
o Installing carpeting and vinyl
o Replacing doors and windows
o Repairing screens
o Other miscellaneous maintenance in or on property premises
