Seeking a very responsible, detail oriented, meticulous person to perform general tidying in and around a newer 71 unit, four story apartment building in Downtown Madison.
VERY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE///4-5 days per week (can be more or less) and 2-3 hours per day is best with the hours very flexible, but during normal waking hours (no vacuuming during too early or too late hours).
///empty laundry room trash cans (4)
///tidy laundry rooms (4)
///tidy garage, trash room
///mop tiled entryway, lobby, and stair landings
///vacuum carpeted areas as needed
///tidy entire exterior perimeter including sidewalk, terrace, curb, gutter, driveway
