Seeking a very responsible, detail oriented, meticulous person to perform general tidying in and around a newer 71 unit, four story apartment building in Downtown Madison.
>VERY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE>>4-5 days per week (can be more or less) and 2-4 hours per day is best with the hours very flexible, but during normal waking hours (no vacuuming during too early or too late hours).
>empty laundry room trash cans (4)
>tidy laundry rooms (4)
>tidy garage, trash room
>mop tiled entryway, lobby, and stair landings
>vacuum carpeted areas as needed
>tidy entire exterior perimeter including sidewalk, terrace, curb, gutter, driveway
