Job Title: Resort Groundskeeper
Location: Lake Delton, Wisconsin Dells, WI
Employment Type: Part-Time (10-15 hours/week)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor spaces at our resort, consisting of 9 units located on beautiful Lake Delton in Wisconsin Dells. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow the lawn and perform weed trimming.
Trim bushes and maintain landscaping.
Clean and organize outdoor spaces, including straightening lawn chairs, toys, and deck furniture.
Remove trash and debris from the grounds and empty trash bins regularly. Clean gutters as needed
Clean grills and maintain outdoor fire pits.
Rake sand along the beach front.
Maintain row boats, paddle boats, and other recreational equipment.
Blow and rake leaves throughout the property.
Snow blow or shovel walking paths to units and remove snow from decks
Prepare the property for winter (e.g., store outdoor furniture, prepare boats) and for spring reopening.
Requirements:
Previous experience in groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance is preferred.
Ability to operate lawn mowers, leaf blowers, snow blowers and basic landscaping tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to lift and move outdoor furniture and equipment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Hours:
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week, with seasonal fluctuations based on weather and property needs.
