Pay Rate: $80.00 per shift
Shift Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 5:45 PM - 10:30 PM
Additional Opportunities: Extra hours available during weekend tournaments
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Volleyball Referee to officiate our adult volleyball leagues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of volleyball rules and a passion for ensuring fair and enjoyable game-play.
Responsibilities:
Officiate volleyball matches, enforcing rules and maintaining the flow of the game.
Ensure the safety of all players by monitoring game conditions and player conduct.
Set up scoring equipment and referee supplies at the begining of the night and take down at the end of the night
Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other staff members.
Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
Record the date, time, and score of each game and provide these records to management.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a volleyball referee, coach, or player is preferred.
Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations.
Ability to make quick, fair, and confident decisions during game-play.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctuality and professionalism are essential.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
